Did you know that when you carry out energy renovation work, the value of your property may increase? A free tool allows you to estimate this increase in value.

The digital public service Mes Aides Réno, dedicated to information on energy renovation grants, provides you with the Ma plus-value Réno calculator.
This tool allows you to obtain a free estimate of your property's value after energy renovation. This estimate is provided after you have entered:
-
the location of your home;
-
the current estimated value of your property;
-
the rating from the energy performance certificate (EPC) before and after the work (this rating ranges from A for a highly efficient home to G for a very inefficient home, which can be described as a "thermal sieve").
The Ma plus-value Réno calculator is accessible on the Mes Aides Réno website and is aimed at both:

future sellers of real estate, and homeowners in general;

future buyers of a house or apartment.
You can find on our practical guide "You want to do work in your home: financial aid" an overview of the aid you may be eligible for to renovate your home, depending on your situation. On the Mes Aides Réno website, a simulator allows you to identify the aid you are entitled to in order to finance your energy renovation work.
