The minimum amounts for partial activity allowances, long-term partial activity allowances, and rebound long-term partial activity allowances are being revalued. These new amounts apply to hours not worked by employees starting January 1, 2026.

Evolution of the Minimum Hourly Rate The amount of allowances paid to employers using a partial activity scheme changes as follows:

These new amounts apply to compensation requests submitted to the Agency for Services and Payment (ASP) for hours not worked by employees starting January 1, 2026.
