The balance of the apprenticeship tax (AT), declared and paid by the employer in the April DSN, aims to develop initial technological and professional training as well as professional integration. The first campaign for allocating this balance began on May 26.

To help fund institutions supporting professional integration, the balance portion of the AT paid in May by the employer is allocated to institutions and training programs of their choice.

Opening of SOLTéA to employers and start of the 1st fund allocation campaign

Closing of the 1st fund allocation campaign

Payment made by the Caisse des dépôts to beneficiary institutions according to employers' choices (1st campaign)

From September 1st

Opening of SOLTéA to employers and start of the 2nd fund allocation campaign

Closing of the 2nd fund allocation campaign

Payment made by the Caisse des dépôts to beneficiary institutions according to employers' choices (2nd campaign)

From November 5th

Additional payment made by the Caisse des dépôts to distribute credits from employers who did not submit any allocation requests (unallocated funds)

From November 26th

Funds from employers who did not submit any allocation requests will be used to finance training programs preparing for the 10 most in-demand occupations, and beneficiary institutions located geographically in the region of the concerned company.

An order dated May 21, 2025, updated the list of in-demand occupations.

The apprenticeship tax balance is not due in Alsace-Moselle.
