Revision of Commercial and Professional Leases: Indices for the Fourth Quarter of 2025 Published on March 25, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The reference indices for commercial and professional leases, namely the commercial rent index (ILC), the construction cost index (ICC), and the tertiary activity rent index (ILAT), have been revised.

Published on March 24, 2026, by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (Insee), new indices for commercial and professional leases have been calculated for the fourth quarter of 2025:

• Commercial rent index: 134.62 (down from 137.09 in the third quarter of 2025);

• Construction cost index: 2058 (up from 2056 in the third quarter of 2025);

• Tertiary activity rent index: 137.21 (up from 137.07 in the third quarter of 2025).
