Extended payment deadline for contributions
Urssaf gives employers and self-employed workers the option of obtaining a payment deadline for contributions (with no late-payment penalties) of up to 12 months (or even longer in the event of a “special situation”).
Employee contributions must have been paid in order to obtain this deadline.
Late-payment penalties are canceled if the company complies with the payment deadline granted.
Self-employed workers can also:
-
request a reduction in provisional contribution amounts (the amount will then be updated based on your actual income);
-
apply to Urssaf for social action support from the Conseil de la protection sociale des travailleurs indépendants (CPSTI).
For any questions or requests for information, please contact Urssaf:
-
via the secure messaging service in your account;
-
by phone: 3957 (free service + call charge) for employers, 3698 (free service + call charge) for self-employed workers.
