Middle East Conflict: Possibility of Using Partial Activity Scheme Published on April 8, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister's Office)
In a difficult context linked to the conflict in the Middle East, the Ministry of Labour is allowing affected businesses to use the partial activity scheme. Here are the details.

Given the consequences of the conflict in the Middle East (de facto closure of the Strait of Hormuz, disruptions to air traffic in the Middle Eastern region), the operations of certain companies have been impacted.
Thus, the Ministry of Labour is offering companies the option to apply for partial activity if they experience supply chain disruptions for raw materials directly linked to the conflict.
Affected companies must demonstrate:
-
by any means that their activity is directly affected by the conflict;
-
that they were unable to implement "alternative measures to compensate for the drop in activity".
The DDETS : titleContent assesses eligibility for partial activity on a case-by-case basis.
