CPF Funding: Change in the Amount of Mandatory Contribution Published on April 10, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
Decree No. 2026-234 of March 30, 2026, increases the mandatory contribution to the CPF account to €150. This contribution can be covered by the employer.
Since April 6, 2026, the employee's out-of-pocket cost has been set at €150. This amount is paid by the employee at the time of registration for the training course. The employee may then request reimbursement from their employer, although the employer is not obligated to accept.
The 2026 Finance Act provides for the abolition of driving license assistance for apprentices and employees. However, the employer may finance the driving license through the skills development plan if driving is necessary for performing the job duties.
