A new simulator lists your social obligations based on your company's workforce Published on April 15, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Direction de l'information légale et administrative (Prime Minister)
Entreprendre Service Public, in partnership with the Direction générale des Entreprises (DGE), offers a new simulator that allows you to list your social obligations based on your company's current workforce and hiring forecasts. It takes only 3 minutes.

Available online, the social obligations simulator for hiring lets you list:
-
obligations you must fulfill based on your company's workforce;
-
new obligations linked to hiring new employees.
First, you need to provide information about your company's workforce, specifically the number of:
-
permanent employees (CDI);
-
fixed-term contract (CDD) or intermittent contract employees;
-
temporary workers or seconded employees;
-
work-study program participants;
-
employees under CUI-CIE or CUI-CAE contracts.
An "Other" field (e.g., employees under payroll portage agreements) is also available.
After entering this information, your obligations are identified and categorized as follows:
-
Social declarations (e.g., DSN);
-
Social obligations toward your employees (e.g., setting up an Economic and Social Committee if the threshold of 11 employees has been reached for 12 consecutive months);
-
Social contributions and levies (e.g., Apprenticeship Tax, Mobility Contribution)
You can download these obligations in PDF format and access helpful resources (other simulators, information sheets, etc.).
Finally, this simulator also helps you anticipate obligations applicable to future hires. Simply indicate the number of planned recruitments.
