Unless this is your first declaration, you must declare your revenue or income by July 31.

This declaration covers the revenue generated by your business between April and June.

You must make this declaration even if your revenue is zero.

How to Make Your Declaration?

The revenue declaration is made online through your Urssaf space. It only concerns the amounts collected by your business.

If you do not meet the deadline, a penalty of €60.10 and surcharges on your social contributions will be applied.

The option for quarterly declaration is automatically renewed for the following year.

If you wish to switch to monthly declarations in 2027, you must request it before October 31, 2026.

Micro-enterprises that have just started their activity and for whom this is their first declaration must submit it before the end of the month following the quarter after the quarter in which the activity started.
