Review of Commercial and Professional Leases: Indices for the First Quarter of 2026 Published on June 30, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Direction of Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The reference indices for commercial and professional leases, including the Commercial Rent Index (CRI), the Construction Cost Index (CCI), and the Tertiary Activity Rent Index (TARI), have been revised.

Published on June 24, 2026 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (Insee), new indices for commercial and professional leases have been calculated for the first quarter of 2026:

• Commercial Rent Index: 135.26 (compared to 134.62 in the fourth quarter of 2025);

• Construction Cost Index: 2084 (compared to 2058 in the fourth quarter of 2025);

• Tertiary Activity Rent Index: 137.42 (compared to 137.21 in the fourth quarter of 2025).
