This service, available online, allows employers to complete all the formalities related to hiring in a single step. It includes the pre-employment declaration and the employment contract.

In addition, the Tese account allows for a single declaration for:

• the management of the withholding at source of income tax;

• all social protection organizations of collective and mandatory regimes (Social Security, unemployment insurance, complementary pension, etc.).

Based on these declarations, the Tese account will generate pay stubs, calculate the amount of contributions and mandatory contributions, calculate the amount of income tax, and the DSN: titleContent.
