What are the 2026-2028 rates for services provided by legal professionals? Published on March 9, 2026 - Entreprendre Service Public / Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The new regulated rates for legal profession services have just been published. These rates will apply until February 29, 2028.

The decrees of February 25, 2026, determine the fees applicable to the services of the following professions:

• bailiffs, judicial officers, and judicial auctioneers;

• commercial court clerks;

• notaries;

• judicial administrators and judicial representatives.

The set rate varies depending on the service concerned and applies to services performed from March 1, 2026.
